James is a dual chartered accountant and surveyor with over 15 years’ experience in finance and real estate. His background includes investment and corporate finance roles at Colliers International and JLL, prior to which he worked at GLG Partners and Morgan Stanley. James’ responsibilities encompass execution and asset management.
Tom has over 30 years of banking experience, specifically in treasury and asset management. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies. Previously, he was a senior manager with Bank of Ireland for 12 years, based in Dublin, and has built up an extensive contact base across industries and the professions.
Simon has over 25 years of experience within the real estate industry. He has developed a wide range of property and business experience through working in a variety of fund and commercial property companies. His principal focus at Trinity is asset and development management.
Chen is a highly organized marketing professional, with 2 years’ experience in customer-relationship management, marketing case analysis and B2B marketing. Her background includes international marketing & exporting roles in Ireland.
Richard brings over 18 years’ investment track record, having transacted in excess of £2 billion in UK real estate. Richard’s primary responsibilities are deal sourcing, execution and asset management, using his strong network of contacts with UK institutions, property companies, occupiers and brokers.
Jim’s primary focus is leading First Step Homes in the delivery of housing across Ireland. Jim brings a depth of experience in the delivery of multi-family residential development and investment across Ireland and UK. His previous experience includes retail and international distribution roles at both tactical and strategic levels in the UK and Ireland.
Liam has over 30 years of experience in town planning, property development, project management and house building. His experience covers everything from infill schemes to large master-planned development of hundreds of homes. For two years, he lectured in Economics in the Surveying Department of DIT.
Catherine worked in advertising for over 12 years as production manager in the design department of Eason & Son. Her background is in the FMCG sector, working for SPAR, Irish Distillers and Easons. Catherine’s responsibilities are the acquisition and management of our portfolio assets.
